Self sufficiency

I just wanted to report our big news of this week:

Ella has potty trained herself -- just decided she wanted to wear undies and gone full speed ahead.

Kate is simultaneously turning into a walking tornado and sprouting multiple molars (with the accompanying fever and fussiness).

I am so jealous. The fact that Emily absolutely refuses to consider getting potty trained makes me feel inadequate as a parent--which is ridiculous, since I am totally potty trained!

I don't blame Emily. Having to interrupt whatever you're doing to go use the bathroom is a big pain. Don't worry about it too much. Everyone potty trains eventually, right?
